some would be required to be handicapped accessible, with things like raised seat toilet and grab bars in the tub. Some would be required to be fully wheelchair accessible, with raised seat toilet, roll under sink and roll in shower.
Exactly how many depends on the total number of rooms in the resort.
Because there are different types/levels of accessibility, it's important to be specific about what you need.

Thanks SueM. I was hoping so because my younger brother is in a motorized wheelchair and he needs a fully acccessible room (roll in shower etc) and a little more space for his chair to be able to move around. I was wondering because usually the accessible rooms tend to be larger but the whole thing about these rooms is that they are smaller . I will definitely find out in Jan when we do a tour and post!

I just looked at all of the floor plans for the Value villas. There are a couple that look like they might be handicapped accessible but none of them have a roll-in shower.

ETA: I looked through the floor plans of all of the villas that have been "declared" so far. There are roll-in showers in only two villas. One is a Standard View studio in Unit 38, the other is a Savanna View 1BR in Unit 9.
