Anyone stayed at The Point Resort Orlando? vs Doubletree Universal?

Just wondering if anyone has stayed at, or heard anything positive or negative about, The Point Resort Orlando? Looking for reviews or comparisons to Doubletree Universal? Trying to decide between these two hotels for family of 4.

They are a Universal partner hotel, so we can get the Universal Exclusive Package with Early Entry and breakfast at Three Broomsticks.

The Point is further away --- across I4 and not within walking distance. Doubletree is basically across the street.

Does either have shuttles to and from the airport?
