Anyone stayed at the Orbit One Villas?

If you have can you tell me if it is a nice place to stay? I'm going in June with my wife and son(9). Any feedback would be welcome. We plan on going to U S and skip WDW for this trip. Older average resort..not fancy but clean is what has been said. Its right by Westgate Villas on 192...closer to WDW then Universal but still not too far
