Have been to Anaheim/DL many times before now (we are from the UK), but this will be the first time staying at the Hyatt Regency Orange County.

Has anyone stayed there and can tell us what it's like please?
One good thing is that we won't have to pay for parking as we are coming with Virgin Holidays and so get hotel parking free.

Fingers crossed that someone here can give us the lowdown. Oh yes, nearly forgot to say......will be there 8/3- 8/19

Can't wait!!!!!!!

Ive stayed there a few times. They have their own shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. I think it might stop at one other hotel. Its a typical business/convention hotel. No fridge in room. Nice beds. Its good you dont have to pay for parking because its like $13 a day.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite last December and loved it! I had the best service that I'd ever experienced from the concierge. We were celebrating my son's birthday, and I called to see what I could arrange. She helped me by ordering my cake, and then picked it up for me and had it in my room by the time we arrived. (We are talking ordering it from the local grocery store, and then picking it up from there, not just something already at the hotel.) My daughter had to leave us while we were at Disneyland to go to work. She waited and waited for the shuttle but it didn't come after a very long time, so she took a cab to the hotel. When she told the hotel what had happened, they reimbursed her for her taxi ride.

The rooms were nothing terribly spectacular, but the service was top-knotch.

We just stayed there Friday night. It was ok. The beds were hard as rocks so neither DH or I got the worlds best sleep but the rooms were pretty clean. I would say they were nothing special and I didn't like the Starbucks that was located in the hotel at all. My mocha tasted nasty and nothing like a real starbucks. I would stay again because the rooms were nice and clean but it is a ways from the parks so def. plan on taking the shuttle.
