Wondering if anyone has recently stayed at the Doubletree Castle Hotel on International Drive? How was it? I hear that the hotel is starting a remodel that will be complete in Sept. I booked this hotel in March (partly because it was a "castle theme" for my little girl) Also booked it because the website said it had complimentary transportation to Universal. Now it says it is for a fee. Thinking of taking the I-trolley up to the Doubletree at Universal and walking from there to the entrance Is it too far? (I have a 5 year old and a 14 year old.)
Let me know your thoughts on the Doubletree Castle Hotel on International Drive as well as the I-trolley getting as close to Universal as possible and then how much walking.....
