Anyone stayed at Poly or GF recently

and tried to go to the MK early (e.g., for a pre-park opening character breakfast) on a Monday or Tuesday morning when the Resort Monorail didn't start operating until 8:30 am?

If so, what were your transporatation options? Did they operate the boat that goes between MK, GF, and Poly earlier than usual (typically, these boats only start operating about 30 minutes before park opening)? Or were busses the only option?

We had CP reservations for 8am and once we knew the monorail was down, we went straight to the bus stop. A bus came quickly and took a back road to the MK. We arrived in very good time for our ADR. We didn't risk a run to the boat dock.

We were at the poly until Sunday, If the monorail is down, go straight to the bus stop. In the am there was always a CM directing that had a headset to call and ask if they didn't know what was running. The monorail was supposed to not start until 9:30 on Mondays according to the schedule we were given at checkin, but we went to the bus stop and she said it actually was running early that day. The monitors always seemed pretty accurate for bus arrivals too.
