Anyone stayed at Liki Tiki Village?

Due to go there VERY soon now, so how is it really? I'v read mixed reviews so would love to know for sure just what to expect!!

My brother and his family stayed there in April of 05. They loved it! Loved the water park, and the outside bar. They said the place was very clean, even freshly painted. Their only complaint was the fact that the walls were very thin. I guess they could hear the TV next door playing.

it was very nice, the pool was awesome. Just ask not to be on the ground level and leave your patio door and screen closed. When we first got there, dh left the patio door open and a few bugs got in. Once we got rid of them and left the door closed, it was fine. The rooms were very clean and nice. Have fun!!

We stayed there in Oct 05 and enjoyed our stay ..large clean rooms, all mod cons. We were on the ground floor and had a family of ducklings visit us every morning...VERY CUTE. The only downside was the walls were very thin and the pool heating wasnt working ...good location though..there`s a walmart not faraway and it probably took about 15 mins to get to disney`s maingate..have fun!

I thought it was a little farther than that to get to Disney, seemed to take forever. But the resort was very nice, we had the two bedrooms with washer & dryer and the full kitchen. The water park area was very nice and they had entertainment at the outdoor pool. Huge balcony overlooking the building pool was nice for sitting in the morning with your coffee.
