Review Anyone stayed at Lighthouse Key Resort?

Lighthouse Key Resort (a Mike Ditka resort)

We booked a 3 bed/bath here last summer for our stay in March.
I am hoping to hear from someone who has stayed here to make me feel better about it- I just hate the first time you go to a hotel-I want this to be a perfect trip, starting with the hotel.

I don't have any personal experience here but have read a lot of good reviews about it. The reviews have been mixed in with other posts so I can't direct you to any specific threads. Did you check the Trip Advisor site, it's rated #3 in the hotel section:

Just remember to look at the overall reviews on TA, sometimes a few bogus ones are slipped in.

We thought we were staying at Mike Ditka's turns out we were not. Should probably call the office to verify the location of where to check in versus where the unit is where you are actually going to be staying at since there are at least 2 different check-in offices depending on who you reserved with that have condo units. The unit we stayed at was fine.

Thanks for the info- I called them and found that there is one place that owns only like 5 units, the other place has the rest, so I made sure I was set up with the main one. They were incredibly nice on the phone- hopefully the service matches up when we get there!
I will review after our return~
