Anyone stayed at Emerald Island?

We've just booked flights for Easter next year and are now looking a where to stay. We know that we don't want to stay in a hotel and have previously stayed in villas in Woodridge - off 27 near the Winn Dixie.

There are only three of us (me, DH and DS - aged 15). We have been offered a brand-new townhouse on the Emerald Island development near Splendid China. It's 3 bed/2 bath but doesn't have its own pool. There is shared use of a large pool on the development.

Has anyone stayed there yet? If so, what did you think of it?

ps It would save us £260 over the 2 weeks to stay there rather han the usual 3 bed villa with own pool in Woodridge.

I'm going to be staying at Emerald Island Resort in January, but I have a 7 bedroomed with private pool/jacuzzi.
I havn't stayed here before but really like the look of it.
I have been looking around for Xmas 2004 and I was offered a townhouse at this resort for $89 + tax per night.
If you are interested, I could pm you the details.
I have no personal interest in passing these details on, just got an e mail from the owners with their price.
