Anyone stayed at Caribe Royale Resort Suites?

Hi -
We're planning our first trip to Disney in May for three nights/four days. We have three adults and three kids - 5,3, 9 months. I would really like to stay on site near the MK but when I priced it out for the suite at WL it came to almost $2000! YIkes!
I came across the Caribe Royale Suites and thought it looked nice for a fraction of the cost. Plus I think it is only a couple of miles from Disney. I was wondering if anyone has any comments on it.
I also looked at the Nickelodeon suites and I'm sure my kids would like it - they probably wouldn't want to leave! Any reviews on this place?

Yes, we have stayed there probably 5 or 6 times with another coming in April. We get the two bedroom villa and we have way more room then a disney resort. We have also stayed at a couple of different Disney resorts and I prefer to have more room and stay off site. My kids are 11 and 13 and they love the Caribe. It is about 2 minutes from Disney. You will love it!! Enjoy your stay. We just bought a time share with RCI to which the caribe royale is not part of so this probably will be are last time staying at he Caribe.
