Anyone stayed at a Viscay (or Vizcay) property

I have a choice of Villa. Either Southern Dunes, which we have stayed at before and loved even though its a bit further away or a brand new property at Viscay which apparently is the turning off the I4 that we would take for Southern Dunes but its virtually just as we turn off motorway.

Would appreciate any information anyone has.
