Anyone stay ay ASMU recently?

This is the only resort I could book with an AP discount for June.I have stayed at ASMO how does it compare? I only remember reading negative posts about it,although I don't remember anything specific.Could you share your experience? TIA

The resort layout, room furniture & configuration, pools, food court, gift shops and pool bar, at all 3 of the All Stars, are the same. The difference is in the resort icons, the order on the bus route and that ASMu tends to get the least number of families with small children, while ASMO gets the most; and ASSp always tends to get the greatest number of school/sports/cheerleading groups.

While I haven't stayed here in a couple of years we really like this All Stars. It seems a little quieter and calmer than the other two. We stayed in the Jazz section which was convenient to both the main pool and the quiet pool.

Wasn't too happy with them this trip. They lost our luggage. Actually delivered it to the wrong room. And failed to properly secure the laptop and delivered it woth the luggage to the wrong room when we had asked it to be secured in the safe enclosure they have. Also lost was my insulin and cooler with Diet Rite. All was found after 2 hours but it took us 1 hour to convince them that it wasn't in our room.
Also in calling the resort for my room number I was hung up on 4 times. Twice using TTY (which I had asked the CM at the desk if I could use TTY to call) and twice on FRS (Florida Relay Service) who placed the call after I couldn't get then to answer the tty call.

We checked in this past Christmas morning and could'nt have been happier. Everyone was friendly,the food court was great,the pools looked nice,though it was too cold to use them,and the theming was very colorful. I love the All Stars and try to stay for a short visit whenever possible. You will really enjoy this resort....Have fun!!!!!

We went this past March and loved it! The mood, the details,all awesome. The only minus was the fact that we were in the furthest from the lobby/ bus stops. But I see that as a plus, because we got to see the whole resort, not just stopped at our hotel!
