Anyone stay at the Studio Plus near Universal?

I made reservations for June at the StudioPlus hotel on Vineland Rd. I'm trying to find out if the hotel is clean and if it has a decent pool?

According to the man I talked to at the front desk, it is with walking distance (15 min) to Universal. I was wondering if that is correct?

the AAA book I have doesn't even list Studio Pluses - but it might be close - the Best Western is on Vineland

I think the property used to be a Wyndham Summerfield Suites.
