Anyone stay at Poly concierge lately?

Don't stress, you will LOVE your view. My kids watched the fireworks every night from their bed! We sat on the balcony!

We are also booked in a Lagoon View Concierge Room at the Poly, too. When will you be there?

We love staying on the 3rd floor! We had an absolutely perfect view of the castle from our room 3516 I believe was the room number. Our last stay we were on the second floor same locale 2516 and the view was just as perfect but unfortunately no balcony. Have an amazing trip!!!!!!

We were on the first floor with a great view of the castle. I've been on first and third and both are wonderful. I'm not sure I really have a preference.

we typically love the third floor...unfortunately I just had a really bad experience here...check out my trip report (link in sig)...I'm a pretty balanced and fair guy...most of our probalems were unique, but the handling of those problems is what upset me.

I'm a former CM and the Poly concierge has been my beloved home for 3 straight years...I've defended it and promoted it religiously for years, but this trip really felt different. and not in a good way.
