This will be our first time flying SWA and I'm a little concerned about printing our boarding passes at CBR.

Anyone have any experience with this? Where do you do it? Are they friendly when you have to do it? etc...

We stayed at CBR in October and flew AirTran. They were really nice and helped us pick out good seats the night before. We called before we went up to the Custom House, and they told us to be sure to have all ticketholders there with IDs. With AirTran you can only do seat assignments 24 hours in advance and they were very helpful. It also helped that we went up there it was after dinner and very quiet.

Thanks, Lynn. Where in the Customs House did you go? To where you check in or somewhere else? Thanks!

CSR was very helpful. They must have the SW page bookmarked. They were ready to type in my information immediatly after I asked.

I think that we went to the concierge desk to do it. As you walk in to the Customs House, you check in right in front of you, but we went to the windows/desks to the left. I think that it was concierge, but I am not 100% sure. Have a fun trip!

When you walk into the Custom House, to the left is the Guest Services counter.

Thanks everyone. We have stayed at CBR, this will be our 7th time, but we've always driven. I feel like an idiot not knowing where to go since we love CBR...

Thanks again!
