Anyone started cooking for Passover yet?

Today I made 8 trays of potato kugel (25 lbs of potatoes!!!), my soup has been on the stove for 8 hours, I've got 2 briskets in the oven and my first batch of matzo balls are cooking.

Tomorrow I'm cooking with other people in the congregation for the 2nd seder.

Saturday we have a bar and bat mitzvah - brother and sister and then Sunday and Monday are all day cooking days.

Somewhere in here I have to clean the house too.

Anyone know how to make 30 hour days??

Certifiable WDW Nut, PLEASE let me come for Seder to your house!! My MIL still insists on doing it without help from us, but she's 80. She's completely lost her sense of taste and has started adding cinnamon, chocolate and Coca Cola to what used to be a fabulous brisket. It's been a little scary....

I lucked out. All I have to bring is the chocolate toffee matzah dessert. MIL does the rest - woo hoo!

Mom does all the cooking for the seders.

I still have to clean my kitchen. I'm avoiding(aka procrastinating).

My bro came over today to help DH bring the cabinet and dishes and stuff up from the basement.

I wish the Passover fairy would come clean my kitchen.

I started shopping for passover and this weekend will be the BIG cleanUP.. I have the second sedar at my house so my sister and I went over the menu today...
