Heading to CSR for a stay from 10/24 thru 11/01:cool1: This will be our new DD first trip, surprisingly she will be the exact same age (3 months) as our other DD was when we first took her to WDWprincess: Hopefully she will get a kick out of watching the videos as her sister does from her first trip:)
A couple of years ago we were there for halloween and were at the parks, so we were thinking of maybe resort hopping to see what they do for halloween. Anyone know if the resorts do anything special? CSR had an employee pumpkin carving contest and gave out tons of candy. Cant' wait!!!!!

We're going for the first time in over a decade from 9/29 to 10/6. When we've been to Disneyland they re-theme the Haunted Mansion to Nightmare before Christmas. Do they do the same at WDW?

Have fun on your trip!

Magic Kingdom hosts 'Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party' which Ive heard is a blast :) I will be going for the first time this year. Tickets are about $60for adults, depending on the day you choose. Magic Kingdom is open only for guests with park tickets AND party tickets during the event. Otherwise I am not aware of other things that happen during Halloween at Disneyworld :)

Hope this helps!

We will be at POP from 10/23 - 11/1, going to MNSSHP on 10/27 & 10/31!

To answer a previous post: The HM in WDW does not redo the theme like DL does. There are some different effects they use (lightning and spiderwebs and such) and they had a "dead" woman on the front lawn talking to guests. She was a lot of fun!

You can buy tickets to the party without having a regular admission ticket. MNSSHP is a seperate ticket event.

We will be there from October 29th through November 7th at the Ft. Wilderness Cabins! Yeah!! Last year we came for a couple days around the same time, then went on the Disney Cruise. We are so excited to be staying so long just at the parks this time!! I hope it isn't too crowded with the Free Dining Plan available. Although it really seems like I have been able to get most ADRs that I have wanted.

The day after Halloween is my birthday and I can't think of a better way to celebrate it than with the mouse!!! We will be there Oct.24-Nov.1 I am having breakfast at Chef mickey's before heading home.we are doing MNSSHP on the 27th!!!! This is also my first time staying at POR and I'm really looking forward to it!!
:woohoo:pirate:

We were going to go down for my BDay the 1st week of October, but then my boss told me he was sending me to a conference (26th-28th) at CSR so I decided to just go then and have the company pick up 4 nights of the bill:banana:
We really like POR, make sure to take the boat to DTD it takes you pass the new treehouse resort. You also have to try to watch piano Bob's show while your there, it's very funny and entertaining. I hope the weather is nice when we are there:worship: Have a great time and a very happy birthday.

Hubby's birthday is the week of Halloween, and we're there! 22nd through the 2nd, 10 full days to play. Got all kinds of fun things planned, MNNSHP tickets, Cirque tickets, AND the Backstage Safari tour, we can't wait! (I swear, I'm having almost as much fun planning as we'll have there!)

We will be at the CSR from Oct 27th - Nov 1st. We are doing MNSSHP on the 31st. We can't wait. It is our first time during Halloween. :cool1: Which we have heard is a blast. We usually go at Christmas time, but wanted to see Disney at Halloween!!!
