I've done the no-no and have been so encouraged by my loose clothing that I just had to weigh mid-week and see how I was doing. Even though my clothes are looser my pounds are exactly the same. I'm trying to psyche myself up for a possible plateau this weigh day on Tuesday. I've been so encouraged by the pounds coming off that I hope I can make it through a week or two of staying the same- I haven't cheated at all- and am slimfasting 2 meals and eating one healthy meal- + I've been walking/biking for atleast 5 days a week- so I feel like I'm working harder and less weight is coming off- any stories on your longest plateau when you were being disciplined with your eating/exercise? Thanks all!!
Tara- huffing after a 40 minute bike ride- funny when I was in my 20's I never had to switch gears going uphill- boy has that changed!!
