The only other advice I could give you is that the ignore list is a wonderful thing.

We wouldn't have anything to do with my BIL, anyway. He thinks that my DH should have left me unless I was willing to have an orthodox Jewish conversion, have the same for all the kids, and live a religious orthodox Jewish life. Doesn't matter that we didn't want that (and yes, before we married I did convert to Judaism and we are raising the kids Jewish, but it wasn't enough for him...). He won't even set foot in our house. So he told my DH that he should leave me and our kids.

I don't think I read all your other thread but I've seen lots of other posts you've made and you seem really sweet. I too would love to see pictures of your upcoming wedding and hope everything goes really well for you and your DF.

I don't know what unkind things others have said but don't let anyone hurt your feelings or make you feel bad for how you feel about something. You have a right to your feelings. I don't get the impression that you are at all unreasonable.

I think some people just really like to find a debate in whatever thread they stumble upon. It really isn't all that uncommon around here and I've got lots of support so its all good
