Anyone seen Peter Pan LATELY?

We have never seen him except in parades. I've read on these boards that he occasionally appears at CRT or Pirates. Last time we were there, we saw Cap.Hook & Smee by Pirates, but no Peter Pan.

At the end of July and again during Christmas week, we saw Peter Pan and Wendy around PotC. Both times they ran through the gift shop then outside. It was quite the shock but neat. I think it was in the afternoon/evening both times.

Last month, I saw Peter outside Pirates with Hook and Smee in the morning (sometime between 10 and 11). Wendy was at the Expo Hall insteed of being with the rest of the group.

I saw Peter Pan at least twice (maybe 3 times??) during Christmas week somewhere in Adventureland. Don't remember exact location. Both times he was with Wendy.

Also saw Peter with Captain Hook outside PotC mid-December. He was there around 4 pm (after SaDCT parade) with nobody else around. We got to crow with him and strike a few poses. Hook felt a little ignored.

We also saw Wendy mid-December at Expo Hall. She was hanging out with several other characters (Aurora, Meeko, Belle, Prince John, Timon, Governor Radcliffe, Robin Hood, Friar Tuck, Pinocchio, Gepetto, Baloo, Daisy Duck, Wendell, Shaker and Gideon) while it poured down rain outside. It made for quite an interesting "family portrait."

We saw Peter just last week...signed up for the Family Magic Tour and our girls got to ride Peter Pan's Flight WITH Peter Pan!! It was truly worth the 25/per person to do!!

We saw Peter SO many times during 1/6 - 1/14!! Almost every day that we were at MK, we saw him, Smee and Wendy around POTC. We have GREAT pics. We also saw him in Town Square several times. I don't think he ever goes back to Neverland!! The Lost Boys must be worried!!!

I hope Peter Pan will be a part of our Family Tour in late April.

We saw him in Spectro (he gave my almost 2 year old a high 5 ) and in Town Square with Wendy and Hook during our 12/29 to 1/3 trip.

Here is part of my trip report from Feb. 2003


Saturday morning we checked out of the hotel and went to the Magic Kingdom along with a million other people. This weekend was a busy one at the parks since Friday was Valentine’s Day and Monday was Presidents Day! Our goal was to obtain Peter Pan’s autograph and ride Buzz Lightyear. Rob went to get fast-passes for Buzz and we began to look for Peter.

I inquired at City Hall and was told Peter would be in the town square at 10:05, but not the exact location. Town square is big and there were people everywhere. Another cast member told me she’d seen Peter earlier that morning over by the camera center. So we stood on the porch of the Exposition Hall and watched for Peter. There was another cast member standing at the door and I asked her about Peter. She sent a fellow cast member to see what he could find out for us. When he came back, I showered him with questions. “What did you find out?...where will he be?...where should we wait?” He smiled and only gave me vague answers like, “oh he is around here somewhere… I think you’ll be very happy.” I turned around and exclaimed “OH MY GOODNESS!” I was startled to see Peter Pan standing right in front of me. The cast members had sent Peter to find US!

Instead of saying something nice like, “I’m so glad to see you, or thank you for coming” I said “We’ve been looking for you everywhere!” Peter replied “Did you look up in the sky?” I blushed and admitted I didn’t. The kids giggled. He posed with kids for photos and signed their autograph books. He was kind and spent a few minutes with the kids. Another bit of magic was added to our trip.
