Would be interested to hear what other people think of it too. Had thought of seeing it in Dec when I go to London with friends for my birthday but ruled it out as one friend hasn't seen Phantom. So it's Dirty Dancing I think

If it's any help, Andrew LLoyd Webber was on a chat show recently (think it was Jonathan Ross) and he said it wasn't necessary to have seen Phantom first as this isn't a sequel.
