Anyone returned a car to the Dolphin?

We are renting a car in three weeks!!!!! We are scheduled to return it to the Dolphin. We are staying at the BWV, so it'll be a quick drive over there. We just didn't know if there are any tricks to the process. We've only ever returned cars at the airports,so we want to make sure we know what we need to. Any tips? Thanks!

We have DVC at BWV. A few years ago I rented a car at the Dolphin but i had to go to the car center over by the MK drive-up entrance and also had to return it there. there is a shuttle bus for transport to/from.

A caveat is this process may have changed but that is the way it had been.

Easy--no tricks! You drive up and drop the car off with a valet and the valet gives you a receipt.

Thanks! It sounds like we'll be off to DHS with only a minor detour then.

Pay *close* attention to the hours at the Swan/Dolphin site, they open later and close a lot earlier than MK-CCC.

If you need to go to the National/Alamo counter, then the hours are 8am-4pm. But if you're just dropping off a car, then pull up to valet and they will take care of everything for you!! Really easy!!
