anyone rented from arnavhomes?

I've been searching for a 5-6 bedroom home for our family's fall visit. Both sets of grandparents and my husband's sister and BIL are joining the four of us so a house with at least 4.5 baths is important.
I've found many great homes in Emerald Island and Formosa Gardens through vrbo and homeaway but arnavhomes came back with a quote that was considerably less expensive. I have to wonder if it's too good to be true. Has anyone had a positive experience renting through arnav? They have a pretty limited web site with no guest reviews.

I rented from them in Emerald in October 2009. The home was a 6BR 5.5 bath place, and it was exactly as promised. The home was managed by AllStarVacations, and when we had a minor problem (front door not locking properly on a Sunday afternoon), I was able to call AllStar and they had someone there within 30 minutes. Fantastic service.

I was also a little leery to rent from them, and was able to find no one here that had rented from them. But, the price they offered was so good, that I took a chance (after checking home ownership/tax records and finding that they were in fact the owners of the property). Also, it was my belief (maybe incorrect) that AllStar would not deal with suspect owners. All of Arnav's homes are listed with AllStar.

Anyway, we had a great week. Everything worked properly, and the home was clean. I'd rent from them again.

We rented at Acadia from All Star Vacation homes in 2008. It was wonderful, I would do it again. We were 3 families, 5 kids, 6 adults in one of the larger homes, I think it was 8030?
It was great.
