Anyone rent from here before? Please help!

I got a referral from a fellow DIS'er about home rentals for our vacation. They have a website and were very good about replying to my email, and also called me to set up my deposit. I have only ever rented a home in FL once, and it was from someone we knew, so there was no real concern. Not knowing anyone there or anything about any of the rental companies has me a little nervous. I just would love a few (dozen, hundred, etc) sets of eyes on it to see if I am missing anything. The people also offer the homes to rent on Ebay and have excellent feedback, which appeased my mind a bit! LOL!

I know this family they are near neighbours of mine on LDE and have helped me out when I had a problem a couple of years back.
The community is good and has tennis and basketball courts as well as a play area.
It is close to the Wal Mart on 27n and has a Publix about half a mile south.Use Sherbert Road for access to the parks.
