Anyone Remember... "Remember The Magic"?

Took out a couple of our older Disney Cd's--- was on the Disney Pop Cd---

During the "Remember the Magic" celebration, the song was exit music at MK

Recorded by Brian McKnight. Aaah---- love it !!!

I rememeber that as well--- the Brian McKnight one was slow, and thats how we remembered that they played it while we were exiting--- made us teary-eyed !!! Such a beautiful song !!!

What a coincidence. I just took out a bunch of my Disney CDs, too.

I can't find the one with "Remember the Magic" on it. I did find the Walt Disney World Resort Official Album from 2000 which has "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand" and the Walt Disney World Official Album Celebrating 100 Years of Magic with "Share a Dream Come True" though. Those both have the music from Fantasy in the Sky.

OMG!!! I now have the song in my head!! I remember they used it over and over in the parade! It was like a broken record..... I certainly "remember".

The memories!! We saw the parade and watched the videos so many times DD memorized the dance routine in the parade. She can still do it if we play the CD! That is actually how she spent her summers--she never went to camp--she watched vacation videos and memorized the Disney dance routines.

If I remember correctly, "Remember the Magic" was the slogan and theme song for the MK 25th Anniversary celebration that ran 1996-1998. The afternoon parade was themed after and performed to that song.

That was on a cd we bought when we went back in 1999. I still have that on my Disney playlist on my ipod. My daughter likes it too.

Love that song. I was actually just listening to it the other day. I worked at WDW while on the Disney College Program in 1997 and loved hearing this song over and over again. It brings back so many memories! This song combined with my beloved birthday cake castle....aah good times!!

I definitely remember that song...DH and I used it as our "final dance" song at our Fairy Tale Wedding in 1997 We even printed out the lyrics on scrolls and put them at all the place settings.

One of my favorites! I even just went to Youtube to watch it all over again!

My son, who is 15 now was 3 then! We watched that parade over and over and over again!
