Anyone remember last years early August discounts?

Due to school we have to go to Disney during the 1st 2 weeks of August. Does anyone know if they had offered discounts & if so what they were for the early August time frame. Seems like all the discounts out now start 8/23. Thank you.

We were there the 1st week and just had the AAA discount

I don't know about last August but DD went in early Aug of 2007. She got a 40% off code but as I recall it came less then 2 months before their trip and there were no rooms available some nights. They were already booked for 8 nights off site, but she was able to get 5 nights at a value resort and only had to spend the first 3 nights off site.

Check Mousesavers.com. The website lists all the current codes plus there is a history of when codes for a particular month have historically been released by Disney, who the codes were for, etc. You can sign up for her e-mails which will notify you when the discounts come out.
