Anyone redeemed My Points Lately?

I tried to redeem my points and couldn't find any gift cards available. Most of the time, nothing showed up in the box. Once I saw "Temporarily Unavailable"

Am I doing something wrong or is something up?

I just got a Starbucks gift card last week. Only took about 5 days to get here.
I just checked, there are lots of gift cards available.Are you sure you are clicking on the redeem search button?

I redeemed my points for web certificates ($35 worth), then went to Kohls.com and purchased gift cards with them. Shipping was free and now I have $35 Kohls gc to use this holiday season. I got the cards in 3 days - very quick.

Got a gift card for JC Penney.....it arrived in less than a week

I've been a mypoints member for years and usually when I redeem my points my GC come very quickly, but this last time I got webcertificates and it's been about 4 weeks and I haven't gotten them yet.

I reedeemed on 10/19 for 2,500 HHonors points and still don't have them in my HHonors account. The MyPoints website shows the reward as being "fulfilled" on 11/01. When I wrote to MyPoints about it, I got their canned response that it takes 4-6 weeks for a redemption yadda-yadda-yadda.

I'm so fed up with fighting for my points and then fighting for my rewards that I've decided not to use them for this year's holiday shopping unless they're the only rewards program that I can shop thru for a particular merchant.

I personally like Upromise better. The money adds up faster & you don't actually have to "invest" the money, you can request a check. Mypoints has gotten to where it takes so many points for such little reward that I don't think it's hardly worth it anymore. Just my opinion.

I had this same problem and found that I had to sign in again and then it started working. Hope that helps!
