We signed up a month ago online to have our 2 cell phone numbers transferred to AT&T wireless. It still is not working. I am soooo annoyed! I have wasted literally over 24 hours sitting on hold. Each time I call, I wait at least an hour and a half to talk to someone. They say they're waiting for our old provider, I call them, they say they don't get the request to transfer the number and NO ONE is following up on it! Once it actually is fixed, my next stop is to deal with the AT&T billing people, because of course we got a bill already even though we can't use it yet. Then, I need to find someone to complain to. If anyone has any problems with this, or knows who I could complain to, please let me know. This is just getting ridiculous. Thanks for listening to me complain.
