Anyone received their 50th anniversary t-shirts

I ordered mine and my mothers 2x because we like our shirts big.......I hope we didn't make a mistake.

Oh well I could always cut them down and sew a new "hem".

I just hope they send the kids shirts.

It's not so much the length, it's the width on them. I also got a 2X that I ordered for my mom. I have to give it to her today yet so I don't know how big it will be for her, but by the looks, it's length looks fine. Just WIDE!

I just measured the 2X and it measures 26 1/2 inches across. That is also the measurement from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. In the shoulders is where I really feel mine is too big.

So I'll look for mine between the 12th and 16th. Actually, I'm glad they run large. I'm sure we'll use ours as nightshirts.

I was right, I can actually wear the child's L/XL, it's only a little snug around the neck!

I may bring mine with me in September and see if they have any more kid's sizes or a smaller adult size.

I also am waiting for the shirts. I ordered 3 kids size s/m and the previous poster now has me wondering if I'll ever get them. No phone call though yet, I suppose that's a good sign. The combined sizing kind of through me off though. I ended up going with a the larger size(afraid the adult s/m would be too much like a size small) so hopefully they aren't huge on us. I'm also currious how the kids sizing went. I ordered as child s/m for my 6,5, and 2 year old. It sounds like the 2 year old will be swimming in it.

In regards to what PrincessDana said about exchanging, I thought these shirts were only available for a limited time (a week or so) Or was it until they run out? I know the web offer was a limited thing.

Got my T-shirts today, and yup, they're big, all right. Almost wish they were a little longer now, because they'd make perfect nighties! Also, might have to get rid of one. DD16 has decided she wouldn't be caught dead in a shirt that matched her mother's.

Mine came today. They *are* really big! Has anyone washed one yet to see if they shrink? I think I'm going to do that tonight. If they don't shrink, DH is going to be wearing my S/M and his L/XL is going to be my new nightshirt.
