Just the other day it hit me: I am craving a turkey dinner with all the trimmings::yes:: I'm not sure I want to wait another 3 weeks till Thanksgiving. I'm also not sure I want to make all that stuff because I'm the only one in the house:eek: Surely that would be wrong:teeth: Anybody else jonesing for the full meal deal?

ago.....stuffing and the whole nine yards..my favorite meal of all

I would love a turkey dinner. I just need to find some sugar free cranberry sauce. That would make it perfect :)

A couple of days ago I made Roast Pork with all the trimmings, does that count? :p

Thanksgiving is so yummy!! :)

My husband was ready. He made a stuffed turkey breast for dinner last night.

Tricia! Andrew and Savannah look so grown up! Oh my gosh, I am an old lady ;)

I made my pork roast with all the trimmings a couple days ago ---- last week I made my turkey dinner minus the squash and adding a cauliflower casserole (dh favorite side dish lately):teeth:

All week I've been shopping and planning for my turkey dinner (l3 guests).

It is my favorite meal overall. I don't want to wait 3 more weeks iether, but I am not making two turkeys, LOL.

To statisfy my cravings, I bought a Butterball chicken today, and we'll have that on sunday.

Funny you'd mention Boston Market Dan. I only went there a couple of times before they went out of our market here. I wish there was one around here now. I may have to have a little cornish game hen with some stuffing to stave off the Thanksgiving pangs.;)

poohtown, that sounds good - would you care to share the recipe? I'm always looking for different side dishes to bring places (or have at home). TIA. :flower3:

hope you see this:

Cauliflower Casserole

1 med. head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1/2 cup fried onions (optional)

cook cauliflower in small amount of water for appox. 5 minutes - until crisp tender. Drain. Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan, bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. For the last 5-10 minutes I sprinkle the french fried onions (like a green bean casserole). Yummy!!!!!!!
