Anyone quite ill after 1st Moderna?

Yes with Moderna I had a 100.5 fever for about 36 hours with the FIRST SHOT, but I was able to function. I was bed ridden and down for the count with a 102 fever, extreme fatigue, and muscle aches for about 36 hours with the SECOND SHOT.

That breathing video is so good! People really don't understand how important actually thinking about and working on breathing deeply when you have any respiratory illness. I didn't know the part about lying on your stomach afterwards to get more air into the back of your lungs. I don't know how it could possibly hurt unless you are forcing beyond your limits.
