We are thinking of purchasing our Disney Theme park tickets from undercovertourist.com. Anyone used this site to purchase Disney tickets. Any problems? Good value? Any reviews are appreciated. Thank-you!!

We used UT last year and were very pleased. The tickets are not the same plastic credit-card style of cards you get at the park - they are paper. That is really the only difference.

If you are unfamiliar with it, there is a newsletter to which you can subscribe (don't know if I can name it here) that will allow you to get access to even cheaper tickets through UT.

I bought tickets from them a few years ago, which I then lost....and they replaced them immediately with no hassle whatsoever. :thumbsup2

wehave also used them...no issues at all! Loved saving a few bucks, they came within 3 days. I photo-copied them front and back and had the info with me that I left in our room safe, just in case I lost them.( I am the type who would put them in a "safe place" for travel only to forget where that is upon arrival, and then proceed to freak out...) anyway, the only way I DON'T use UT is if we are doing the dining plan or have a great deal on a package thru WDW.

Have bought from them many times over the past few years and think they're terrific! :thumbsup2

I have used Undercover 3 times.
They have the best prices and great customer service.
I even ordered my dh gift. I got the Richard Petty Driving Experience ticket.
If you don't want the paper ticket, you can exchange the ticket for a hard copy once you are at WDW. I bought a 10 day no experiation 3 years ago, and it they are in great shape. I have 3 days to use on each of them yet and they are the paper kind. The paper kind is sturdy, but not as sturdy as the plastic.

Anyone ever order one ticket at a time from them? We need 4 for our trip next year, been thinking about buying 1 ticket a month for the next 4 months so it works in our budget better...

Oh, used them several times over the years, they are great!!!

Great idea!!!! I think we will do that too--I would love to know details as well!!

They are great! If you have time sign up for the mousesavers newsletter for an even bigger discount. Signs up now, you'll get your newsletter on the 15th.

I used UT about 2 years ago with out any problems. My tickets were delayed in arriving at my home due to a snow storm. I was worried I wouldn't receive them in time and when I called they told me they would fax me a copy of the backs of the tickets and I just needed to take them to customer service at a park to get new ones.

so do you have to show the paper ticket each day you go to a park?
I was thinking of ordering thru them for our next trip.

The tickets feed through the ticket scanners at the park just like any other park tickets. It's just that the tickets from UT are made of "card stock" (kinda like an index card) instead of plastic (like a credit card). They're plenty sturdy.

I've ordered from UT several times and have been entirely pleased. :thumbsup2

The tickets we got were made from a tyvek type material. Not paper in the sense that if they got wet, they would still be fine!

I am a one at a time girl and have never had a problem. It works with our budget and makes them more manageable. :goodvibes

Actually ordered from them on the morning we left -- there was a mixup and I had purchased 1 less than we needed. Very very easy, since our first day was really a late night arrival with the first full day being non-Disney. We drove to their delivery site (a UPS office not too far from Universal) and pickup was a breeze.

Will definitely use them again, especially with the "secret" discounts!

I got my tickets for my most recent trip from undercover tourist and they came extremely fast. They were the paper tickets. All I had to do when I went to the park was put it through that ticket scanner thing and go right in like the rest of the people who had the plastic tickets.
