anyone play pop slots (my vegas)

I was doing really good on it--trying to get a lot of points so I can get a few rewards when we go to vegas--I had like 350000 points which one of the things I could cashout for is 100$ in free play

it kept telling me I needed to update the app I kept putting it off since usually when I do updates something else usually gets messed up
somehow my points went down to 20000 and I had a new character

so I wrote and they said I needed to recover by account
it said I needed to connect my game to the same facebook or apple account you connected with previously
it went to say that I was previously played under facebook but Im currently logged out of this account--not sure how any of this could have happened since I didnt change anything all this was after the update--which I had to do if I wanted to keep playing

restart popslots and use the facebook or apple icon to sign in again

under settings theres an apple connect icon and says disconnect Im afraid if I click that Ill lose what I have built back up which is about 20000

anyone have any ideas how to do this

That's really annoying, isn't it? I've had some issues with app updates messing things up before too. It sounds like your best bet is to try logging back in with your original Facebook account. This way, you might be able to restore your account without risking the 20,000 points you've managed to regain.

If you’re wary about tinkering too much with settings, maybe give yourself a break and check out Pleeease in the meantime. Sometimes stepping away for a bit helps, and when you come back, things might just fall back into place.

I don't know the answer. Facebook however has a large MyVegas group and How To LAS VEGAS (Comps, Free Stuff, Save Money) Group that are very knowledgable about the various MyVegas Apps.

I used to play the one on Facebook that has a lot of the same games you see in casinos. Apparently you can accumulate points for free play/etc. to use when in Vegas. Lost interest after awhile and haven't played it in the past couple of years. Never was sure why they offer points for playing some online game, maybe a type of marketing effort to advertise Vegas?

They had an option where you could purchase extra credits to play longer, but I only used my 'free' credits. Seem to recall that weekly you would get more free credits. No idea how many people actually buy extra credits but seems like the only way the site would generate any revenue.
