We stayed there for a week about 2 years ago. We got it thru Sky Auction with a great deal. It is very small and a bit old but we liked it. I guess we are not that picky (especially for the price). The units are large - ours was a 2 bedroom (the second room has a two double beds) with a sofabed in the front room. We really liked having the extra room. It was especially helpful one night when one of my children got a bad sunburn and couldn't sleep. We put her on the sofabed and that way the other kids could sleep. The units were clean but pretty basic. The pool was great - my kids loved it. Almost all the units overlook the pool (except 2 that are to the side). The balconies are screened it which we really liked. I liked the fact the kids could be in the pool and I could see them from the balcony. That was very helpful. The tennis court and basketball court were not in good shape but we were able to use them anyway. The staff was nice and helpful and no pressure to do a timeshare pitch. The biggest drawback was the location. It is pretty far up 192 in Kissimmee - further than I like. The only upside is that is so far up the Walmart is not far! To sum it up, overall we thought it was a good value for what we paid ($261 for the week). It is older but we liked the fact that is was small, the units were large, and the pool was so handy. So I guess it just depends on what you are looking for. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
