Yes you can. It takes two credits and the service charge / gratuity is included.

The only thing I've ever ordered from Poly's Private Dining is a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. They were waiting for us the next day when we came back to the room. They were about $35 and the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries ever. They wrote in chocolate all around the plate and had made a huge conch shell out of marbled white chocolate and filled it with M&M's. It was amazing (sorry no pictures ).

The DDP, deluxe DDP, and platinum all allow room service. I don't know if the premium does at this point. At one time, the equivalent of today's premium did not.

On the DDP or Deluxe DDP, room service takes two Table service credits. On the DDP, each guest gets one Table service (TS) credit/night. The deluxe plan includes 3 TS credits/night. There is also a deal for pizza. I think it's something like one large pizza, two desserts and maybe two beverages for 2 TS credits.

Anyone reading this thread should realize it began in 2005...so some of the info is certainly out of date. Still miss the table though.

Tikiman has the new room service menu up on his site now.

And Skiwee, I still don't see the big difference. Although the mahi mahi is new I believe. I actually didn't notice it on the new menu when we were there in October. I love it at Kona and am sure it would be great from room service as well.

I'm not seeing it... I see the new concierge lounge menu in the October update and the link from the Dining section to the (old) room service menu at Allears, but where is the new room service menu? Can someone post or PM me the link, pretty please?

On the deluxe plan, yes. On the basic plan, I would assume no appetizer.
