Anyone order furniture from ballard designs or Frontgate?

How was the furniture quality? I'm looking at a few indoor and a some outdoor furniture pieces. Any reviews?

It was not furniture but I got a heavy, large wrought iron plant holder that I was extremely happy with from Ballard. I would definitely order from them again.

I've ordered a lot of items from Ballard - a chandelier, a large piece of wall art, lamp shades and a corner tv stand to name a few. All arrived in great condition. The tv stand was decent quality for the price - I got it on sale as one of their "take home Ballard" deals, but I don't think I would have paid full price for it. I have to say that in my experience, they really take care with preparing things for shipping.

I work for UPS and I can attest to the fact that they package their items well for shipping.

Just remember that if you order 4 barstools, or the like, you will BLOW OUT your UPS guys truck that day--those boxes are BIG!
