Anyone order from Omaha Steaks?

Wondering if this is a good price for that package, 2 filet mignons, 2 sirloins, 4 steak burgers, 4 pork chops, 10 potatoes au gratin.
We don't buy steaks so I don't know the supermarket prices.

We often get a coupon in the mail in the valpak type things for a similar package for $39.99. We go into an Omaha Steak store tho. Thats pretty much only when we get it. Their food is good and the meat is good

I like Omaha Steaks very much! The steak are delicious and very tender.
The only thing I was a bit dissapointed in was the size of the burgers. I didn't realize how small they would be.
In regard to the price of the package you mention...I'm trying to remember the package I sent my mom. I think there was more than what you list but for a similar price. It was during the summer though so clearly a different special.

My mom gives us Omaha every year for Christmas. I enjoy it! The food is good quality and a lot of it you cook frozen which makes for easy meal planning.

FYI, Ebates has a 7% rebate for Omaha Steaks. I've sent them for gifts before for my parents and they enjoyed them. It's a nice option for those who really don't need or want anything- you can always enjoy good food!---Kathy

Not sure on the price of that as I have certain things I buy, but I do always try to wait until they offer free shipping. Of course, with my birthday last month and Christmas this month, I've not had to buy any!! My mom sends it to me as a gift and I LOVE it!

OP, I asked about the quality on another message board I frequent and the consensus was that it was good quality meat but the portions were small. I would just look for promo codes, I seem to see them a lot. Seems like a pretty good deal to me, but I don't eat much meat, so I'm not a good source, lol. Sorry!

Bummer, it was SO cheap I bought two packages. Yeah, they are real portion sized but that's the way we eat meat around here anyway.

Their stuff is really good, much better quality, IMO, than what comes from the grocery store. Just be aware that once you order, they will keep calling you to order more. A LOT. But yeah, the stuff is really, really good.

So glad you asked this question! I have never ordered from them nor eaten their food so I was wondering the same thing.

I'm thinking of ordering the following package for the in-laws and for ourselves: 2 filets, 2 sirloin, 4 chicken breasts, 4 pork chops, 4 steak burgers, 4 stuffed baked potatoes. It also comes with an extra 6 "free" steak burgers. Price is $49.99, limit 2. I think shipping is around $20 though. When I looked online, they had some other deals as well that I might add to the order.

I see that I missed the Today show deal, can anyone tell me the price you paid for that deal and what items you are getting for it? I will think about this for next year.

It was 40. for 4 of each- bacon wrapped fillets, pork chops, chicken breasts, and burgers. It also came with 4 stuffed potatoes, 4 apple tartlets, and a 20 coupon towards your next order (over 79, I think). Its definetly much more than I normally spend per pound for meat, so hopefully its delicious!

There is a free shipping now if you order over $79.00. I bought 2 of the Today specials shipped to my house for free. I will freeze and wrap up right before I give them away. I have several extra coolers from pat gifts from my mom. She always orders from QVC. Not sure if it is a better deal or not!
