Anyone order Bumble & Bumble Cyber Monday?

I read about the deal on Cyber Monday with Bumble and Bumble on here so I went ahead and ordered. If I remember correctly it was buy any product and get samples for free and I think (will go back and reread what I actually ordered!) 2 deluxe samples that were worth $27.

Well, finally after almost a month I got my package today. They kept saying that they were out of stock etc....so finally today it comes. I open up the package and there was 1 item. No samples or anything else. Just the main thing that I ordered. I only ordered that so I would get all the samples. And no explanation if the samples will come later. I'm kind of miffed. I will contact them, but was just wondering if anyone else had taken advantage of this offer and actually got everything they were supposed to?

I think me too, I ordered and it was on back order and it just shipped recently so I will get it tomorrow or next day and I was thinking that I bet I get no fancy travel sized samples. Sorry to hear that is actually what is happening. Did you try contacting B and B?

I emailed them. Waiting to hear back. I get that they had a big response, but every day I get an email from them telling me to order stuff and I will get free samples. If they have run out, then stop running specials!

I also ordered on Cyber Monday but I had a great response. Package arrived quicker than expected and had the seven samples that were listed. I would definitely call to follow up and see what happened!

I ordered on Cyber Monday and received my order complete with free samples/items by Dec. 3rd, no problems.

Got my back order yesterday no samples included at all! Very disappointed;(

For those of you who didn't get your samples, just call and tell them. They will ship out the samples.

I heard back from them this morning and they said they are planning on sending out the samples separately. I guess I should have waited to post! It was just weird to open the box and not see anything else in there except the product I ordered and no explanation.
