Anyone order an AP lately?

I don't know if I should be concerned, but I ordered an AP on Dec. 22 from the DVC website and they still haven't even charged my CC. Are they just backed up or do you think there is a problem with the order? I have the email confirmation, but it just seems like they should have charged my card by now.

Anyone else place an order around Christmas and have you heard anything from them?
 
I ordered mine on 30th December and the charge was posted on 2nd Jan also, and the plastic vouchers arrived last week :goodvibes .

The DVC/WDW ticket website is quirky. I don't think your order ever went through. My advice is to call Ticket Services (and be prepared to sit on hold for a while,). Number is 407-566-4985. Hours are M-F 8:30 - 4:45 and S 8-4:15. Closed Sunday.

Give the CM the date you ordered the voucher and ask if the transaction ever went through. If not, ask for advice - be sure to mention the email confirmation that you have in hand. You want the 2005 price and not the 2006 price if it has to be re ordered.

I order mine on 12/31/05 via the DVCmember website and got my exchange certificates in the mail Saturday 1/7/06.

I called and for some reason the Disney rewards card # and my DVC # didn't get through on the website so my order was open, but in limbo. I gave them the info again and they have it processed and going out in Friday's mail. :) I already had passes for DH and me, but needed the kids pass for DD. Now we're all set! :earsgirl:

After this experience, I think I'll be ordering passes through MS. The website is just too quirky and unreliable. :confused3
