Anyone open any gifts yet?

DH and I decided to open one gift each tonight from each other. We never did this before, but he wanted me to have my gift tonight before we went out. The rest will wait until tomorrow. He got me a beautiful leather coat with a hood and a fur leopard print lining. I am so excited. I didn't even ask for this. He did so good, and it fits me perfectly. I think we might make this a tradition from now on!

just those at the mils todayl kids got some art kits and videos, we got some tea brewing accessories and a rather odd gift basket (popori, nuts, a xmas tree pancacke shaper???). we also received a family gift of a two way radio system (gues they figure we can use it on vacations). but the truly most thoghtful gift came from my mil she gifted us with a new whisper quiete dishwaser. IT IS (AS THEY SAY)-DA BOMB!

we opened all of ours yesterday. That way we can lay around today and play with all of our new goodies.

I am waiting for the rest of my family to get up!! I cannot believe it I am up and practically have to drag the rest of them out of bed now that the kids are 18 and 22! My older son does not live at home...he moved in with his gf(not happy but have to accept) BUT both he and she decided to stay at their respective parents and have Santa come.

I am waiting till 7 and then I am getting them up!

Here I am at just before 9AM waiting for everyone else to get up, with the DDs 15 & 17 now the early morning excitement seems to have gone. I really miss that.... Now if the dog will just let me sleep late.
