Hi. Welcome! We're nice people here, all trying to do the same thing.
I had a hard time last month when my Mom was in town. It's much harder when you are going out to eat. But I just got back on track after a few "bad" days and actually still had a loss that week. (Just not as much!)
So far, I'm down 18, but these last three pounds have been up and down. I am now motivated to keep going for another 10-20. Fingers crossed!!
Any one out here know anything about the WiiFit??

) Eventually they will start replacing a meal with my own food the goal being to get me totally off the JC food, so they don't want you to live the rest of your life eating JC food. For me it just made cents(pun intended). I hope you don't mind the long winded response but I hope it helps, Maureen
Let's definitely get healthy together! I really like the food and the snacks and I feel totally full. You?
The food isn't bad so thats easy. My DH tells me that I should only be losing 1-2 pounds a week but when you want to lose 50 - 60 lbs thats torture. I thought towards the end I'd slow to 1-2 pounds/week. In the beginning I thought I'd lose 3-5 pounds a week.
