Got an email from Chase yesterday regarding discounts. It came it at 2:22PM. The Subject Line is Special Walt Disney World® Advanced Booking Offer for Cardmembers. Doesn't cover my dates for 2013. But, glad I was notified!
I don't know... but it makes me crazy. As another pp said, all my settings are correct and I've even called them in the past about it, they say they'll take care of it, but I still never get one darn email.

I'm a little bit discouraged in general when it comes to discounts because I've never received a PIN, or received an email for Disney Chase Visa members (only the rewards information). I'm guessing there are more people in my boat. It pays to be on the DIS, that's for sure!
However, when it's all said and done, we got a good discount, and it came out on my birthday - and the trip is my "official" b-day present anyway, so it all worked out!!!
