Anyone not pass ROFR recently with a small contract (70) at $94?

We are waiting on a contract at VWL that is for 65 points @ $94pp. All of 2006 points are intact and 5 banked points from 2005. Use year is August (if that matters?).
Has anyone had a contract similar to this that did not pass ROFR?
I'm so nervous!

A $94 BCV and a $95 BWV didn't pass. However, there are some that did. Pixie Dust for you!

I recently passed a 60 pt. BWV contract at $94 with all Dec. UY and all 06' points banked. I paid all closing and MF's. Good luck!
