Anyone NOT get magic?

My daughter logged in and when she entered a room she got the message that she had magic but yet it's not in her inventory. She was logged in for 45 minutes and I just now logged her out and back in and the magic is still not in her inventory. Should we contact VMK through the game or use the contact us on the website? I haven't logged my character in yet so not sure what will happen when I do.

Hmm well it's been 1 1/2 hours and she still doesn't have the magic. Guess I'll contact VMK and see what's going on.

got that to.. but i have been in practiclly all day going from room to room, and i still only have 5 magics

Yes, I logged back in around 3:30 and got it.

Hula and Lily also gave us two. (one from each host)

Everyone got two confetti. And one person got treasure detector for answering trivia correctly.

hi this is largolori's duaghter vanillamickey. i got the pins and got the same error-46 thing. for the people who didn't get the confetti pins it doesn't really matter now because they were single use pins and are expired now. sorry to say that but it's true. can't say anything about the 2008 pin though. i got it when i logged in.

i didn't recieve my confetti pins as well, even though i logged into VMK that morning. I fired off an email right away and did not get a response until the second of january. it was from vmk shorty and basically said

Thats what happened to me i got the message and i went to check and it wasn't there!!! omg im so glad i wasn't the only one!! but unfortunately i don't know why thats so.. but i didn't get the pin either so your not the only one

Well I had contact VMK that day about how my daughter did not get her magic. This was the response. She never did get the magic and obvious it's too late now.
