Anyone make tier own autogroph book?

I was thiking of making my girls personalized autograph books and was wondering if anyone else has done this? any ideas or pictures to share? I dont know where to start! Just that I cant find any nice ones here and dont want to pay a fortune for one at Disney.

there are some awesome designs that were created on the creative designs board. You may need to search down, but there was different samples that you could print. There was also a creator who reproduced a cute Epcot kid passport. if you can't find it, post back, and i will try and see if i can find it
