Anyone make a special request at HDD?

I really want to go, but I don't eat meat on the bone. He doesn't eat pork. I've never asked for a special menu at a restaurant, but I really won't eat anything and hate to pay that much just for the show. I know it would be ok to ask them not to bring the pork to our table, and he will be fine with just the chicken. I would be ok with just a chicken breast, but I know they have a limited menu for a reason....to keep it moving.

When I go I call Dining and ask for a vegetarian meal. (I eat dairy and eggs but no meat, fish, poultry, gelatin, etc) Once I got a grilled portabella plate, last year I got spaghetti. I was still free to eat the salad, corn on the cob, and potatoes brought out as well as the shortcake!

Not to be rude but if you don't eat the meat on the bone, will you eat strips? I have heard of people asking for chicken strips but don't know if they let you do that or not.

Thanks to both of you. I would do portobella or spaghetti plate. Both fine with me. Also I would do the chicken strips if that were my only option. I honestly can not eat meat on the bone. Some kind of deep rooted phobia I guess.
