Did you change the offer before it went to Disney for ROFR? Did the $80 offer get purchaed by Disney?

Did you change the offer before it went to Disney for ROFR? Did the $80 offer get purchaed by Disney?

After feedback from others that it would certainly get ROFR'd at $80 (and your best wishes), we had them pull it (they still had not submitted it) and we upped the price to $85. Nothing better than having an agreed to price and as the buyer telling them you want to pay more.

Well at some point there has to be a new low.......especially for older resorts. I just purchased BWV in March for $79/pt. Paid prorated MF and closing. It seems that most are paying something, either MF's or closing. With that said, I think my contract has been the lowest in quite some time. The day I passed ROFR, the stock market crashed 500 pts. (March 13th). I say keep trying, if no one tests the lows, there will be no lows!

Mind if I ask how large your contract was and what UY?
