Anyone made House of Blues ADR online?

I didn't feel like calling Disney again, so I made an ADR directly on the House of Blues website. I got an automated email saying they received my request and would send me a confirmation once someone actually checked on the time and things were set. This was last week Friday, and I still haven't gotten a confirmation. I'm guessing I need to give them a call, but I was wondering if anyone else had gone this route before and what your experience was booking online. Thanks!
