A good site where I can find out how much you should weigh for a particular height and age?

I honestly do not know where I should be...lol I have lost quite a bit of weight, and would like to know what my goal weight should be :)

Thanks in advance...

OMG...thank you Chris...you made my day!!!!

According to that chart, I am one pound less than the large bone version of my height....OK, so I am small boned, but I haven't been this close in years!!!

WOOOOOHOOOO!!!!!

GLO, please note that HEIDI looks great.......with some meat left on her bones ;) ;) ;) ;) . Don't get toooooooooooooo skinny :jester: :jester: ............

Yikes, I think I'm rather small boned for my height, and if I gain more than 5 lbs. I'll be out of the range. :(

Maybe I'll think of myself as having a medium bone structure from now on. :)

It's time for rabbit food, the chart say I'll 16 lbs. overweight.

Ok so how do you know if you are small, medium, or large boned???

THanks EROS honey, but I still can afford to loose a lot of weight and still not look like here....lol

I think you are supposed to take your index finger and your thumb, wrap them around your wrist. If they overlap, you are small boned, meet, you are medium boned, if they don't touch you are large boned.

That theory has me as small boned, but I really don't consider myself overweight and this chart has me pretty darned close to being. I don't think I like this chart, LOL!

Thanks Snoopy...according to that I am medium build...cool. :) :)

Did you notice this at the bottom of the chart?

"Weights at ages 25-59 based on lowest mortality. Weight in pounds according to frame (in indoor clothing weighing 3 lbs.; shoes with 1" heels"

So I guess I get to add an inch and have to take away 3 pounds for naked weight  ?
Anyway, I am small boned and somewhere on that chart depending on that strange statement above!

LOL BBB! I'm glad you noticed that. With that in mind, I'm back on the chart with a little room to spare. :)
