Anyone know who designed this?

I saw a design that I loved, but I can't find it now and I have looked a tons of designer's pages. The design has a big 09 in bubble shape. Inside the 09 is mickey swirl heads in blue, red, orange and green. Mickey and Minnie are down toward the bottom in the middle with Wald Disney World written at the bottom. Has anyone else seen this or know who designed it?
